On my Jr. year of high school I worked on a group research project about how déjà vu occurs? In this project we concluded that this happens due to a miscommunication between two parts of the brain, making someone get that feeling of reliving a specific moment even though it hasn't even passed.

In my Health sciences seminars course at UCF I participated in a clinical trial group project to see if OLP could be treated with green tea pills working as the antioxidant agent. We concluded that utilizing the green tea pills did not have a significant effect to relieve OLP.

In my epidemiology of chronic diseases course I did a research paper on "The link between epilepsy/seizure disorders and its mortality due to strokes in Florida adults". This was concluded to have no significant correlation between the two.

I participated in another group project about "The Effects of High Levels of Caffeine Dosage in Young Adults, and How it Contributes to Anxiety". This was for the applied research methods course. We concluded that excess amounts of caffeine can and will lead to anxiety and maybe even other problems.
